Shane Hewitt was wonderful - he was patient and not pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with us helping us to make our decision. He was friendly and talkative and seemed to care about our concerns. The vehicle we purchased was priced fairly. The only issue we had was the time it took for the finance department to get to us. We were there for hours waiting. But everyone was friendly and helpful.

Butler Toyota always takes excellent care of my vehicle when I take in in for service. Their staff are friendly and courteous. They take the time to verify what my appointment is for, explain what is found during inspection, and provide guidance for repairs. They give me an estimated time for my visit and explain all cost up front so there is no shock when the service is completed.

In Town from Trion when cars warning screen gave oil maintenance required soon. Found Butler Toyota as nearest Toyota dealership. Called the up at about 7:30 AM asked if they could fit my Prius in for a Oil Lube, filter change, and tire rotation. Was told bring it on down. Service Department got finished in about an hour while I had a great complimentary cup of coffee. Adviser explained all details of Service before I left the dealership. Good service and friendly staff.
Please don't ask that I write a sentence every time. The service was good. I like everyone who works here. I just wanted to quickly drop them a good rating. They deserve it. But I'm not interested in filling out a whole form every time. You already know who I worked with. You already know what kind of car I have. I don't want to fill this out every time just to give the good folks at Butler Toyota a good rating.
Larry was very helpful. I was originally assigned to another service advisor but he was not there on the day of my service. Larry assisted me and made sure to get my car taken care of.
They were very attentive to my vehicle and my wife. Service was good and prompt.

Butler has handled all of the service for my 2006 Scion. They've kept it running great. Larry Cumming has been my service advisor the whole time. I'm moving soon and my next service provider will be hard pressed to measure up to Larry and Butler Toyota.
I will say this. They hold to their word even if it means they will lose a sale. We had agreed upon a price but it was contingent upon using their financing. I show up with a check for the agreed amount and they advised that they would not sell. Oh well I guess a sale is not a sale in these times unless you fall for one of many dealer back stream revenue sources.
The staff was nice and friendly. Chris my service representative gave me a time my vehicle would be ready and he has very close. The place was clean.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Butler Toyota. I had such a good service experience with the first one that I bought the 2nd vehicle there. Yes, it may be a little bit of a wait for your oil change etc., but they inform you when you arrive what your expected wait time may be for your appointment. Everyone is incredibly nice at the dealership and the facilities are clean and comfortable. JD is an outstanding salesman and I highly recommend him to any potential toyota buyers.
