There’s nothing negative I could say about the experience I had recently purchasing a vehicle from here and Wendy Hollis. We came to Butler Toyota to see a few specific used Tacomas we saw online. We were greeted by Gonzalo MIranda who helped us during our appointment and test drive. Not only does Gonzalo have great knowledge of Toyota but he truly believes in the product he is selling. He helped us get a great deal, while providing fun conversations. We had our two small kids with us and he involved them in the process as well, which they loved! Overall great experience! I must confess Jerremy upsold the hell out of me… but I’m glad he did! Went in looking at the used selection and ended up driving off the lot with a BEAUTIFUL 2026 Camry and I’m in love with it. The financing was easy and streamlined. Despite the four-hour drive, Craig’s exceptional service and the unbeatable deal made it well worth the trip. Craig was engaging, friendly, humorous, and highly responsive via text, email, and phone. He patiently addressed our many questions and concerns, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the Grand Highlander Limited, particularly its advanced technology features. No question went unanswered, and he took the time to explain each feature clearly—sometimes more than once.
