Scheduled my initial service on my new Rav4 Hybrid. (40 mpg everywhere!) Service advisor Shawn explained a couple of technology issues I couldn't figure out and my service was completed in 15-20 minutes. An excellent experience!

The wait time was long but, I didn’t even notice cause the atmosphere was so pleasant. My service advisor is always polite and courteous each time I come in to service my vehicle, he explains everything to me. Chris Lee is has been an awesome advisor.

I had originally planned on dropping the car off at noon on a Friday to leave it over night to perform an oil change and a recall. My wife gets off on Fridays at noon so it was going to work out for us. We were originally planning on meeting there and drop off her car which was having the service and we would just drive home together and pick it up Saturday. Well, something came up and I had to drop it off around 8am and they even shuttled me to my wife’s Job to pick up my car. The shuttle lady was super chill and so sweet. Again, the plan was to drop off the car and let them take their time. To my surprise, they called me at 11am same day, telling me the car was ready for pick up. Truly amazing!!!! So instead of taking Saturday to pick up the car, I picked up my wife at noon and swooped by picked up the car and just like that our weekend was saved.. Great Job everyone!!!

Zander was so patient with me freaking out because of the tariffs. I didn’t end up with the 4Runner I thought I wanted but the Sequoia I bought is so much nicer. I’m very happy!

It’s the people that make the dealership what it is. Buying a car can be stressful but Ryan made it a fun experience. Everyone we dealt with was great. I would recommend Butler Toyota!

Shane Hewitt was wonderful - he was patient and not pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with us helping us to make our decision. He was friendly and talkative and seemed to care about our concerns. The vehicle we purchased was priced fairly. The only issue we had was the time it took for the finance department to get to us. We were there for hours waiting. But everyone was friendly and helpful.

Brandon was awesome. He found just the car I wanted in a very timely fashion.

Butler Toyota always takes excellent care of my vehicle when I take in in for service. Their staff are friendly and courteous. They take the time to verify what my appointment is for, explain what is found during inspection, and provide guidance for repairs. They give me an estimated time for my visit and explain all cost up front so there is no shock when the service is completed.
