Butler Toyota should be called Bait and Switch Toyota, They advertised a Tacoma online, I get contacted by there personnel, I agree to a "Scheduled" appointment, and I specifically ask, "IS THE TRUCK STILL ON THE LOT AND FOR SALE" They tell me YES TOLD YES, SO I arrive on the date and time 1/29/26 @10am for the appointment, AND I AM TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE HAS SOLD" I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. and they proceed to tell me that the truck sold yesterday? on the 28th of January. SOLD IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA? This is the classic bait and switch, and Butler/Bait and switch ask if I wanted to buy a NEWER truck. Very deceptive sales practice, Why didn't they call me and be honest, or tell me that the truck has sold. There are many dealers in the area to purchase a vehicle so I suggest you stay away from Butler and there Internet team of misleading/switchers! This is a bad practice to take advantage of a Disabled Veteran and Senior Citizen, who drove from Warner Robins to Macon and wasted my time!!!

I've dealt with Butler Toyota over the years. Servicing my 2011 Corolla. The service I received was always great. I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle and where else would I go but to Butler Toyota. Upon arrival I met the most pleasant gentleman. His name Gifferd Lee. When I tell you that this young man was awesome at his job that is an understatement. I told him what I was thinking and he took it from there. Within 30 minutes he showed me a Black on Black Toyota Camry. When I tell you I fell in love with the car on the spot I did. He walked me through the process, keeping me updated along the way. He made sure I was happy and satisfied with this vehicle. I went in on August 28th 8 days before my birthday so this was a wonderful birthday gift! Butler Toyota is great for car service. I called made an appointment for the next day. When I made the appointment I was given the name of a service representative so there was no question as to who I needed to speak to. And, there were plenty of time slots available for an oil change. Once I arrived, I met my appointed service person. He gave me a service quote and he asked me if I was going to wait on or leave my car. His name was Shawn. He was very nice and professional. I waited for my car. It took about an hour. They have a snack bar, a TV, and plenty of room to stretch out. Overall I didn't mind waiting on my car. And, the final cost was lower than the original quote. Perfect. Thank you Butler Toyota.
