I brought my vehicle to Butler Collision in Macon (31210) for a bumper repair, and the experience was highly stressful and unprofessional. The Work Had to Be Redone: The initial bumper repair was not done correctly. I had to bring my vehicle back within a two-week period just to get the job finished right. Over the weekend while the shop had my car, my Toyota app sent me multiple alerts stating that my trunk was left open. When I brought this up, the staff defensively claimed they only worked on the front end, so the trunk "should not have been opened," ignoring my digital proof. When I pressed the manager the first time when the initial work was done about the items being scattered in my trunk for an explanation regarding my vehicle's security, he simply said, "Well, I don't have an answer for that we did work to the front end so my staff had no reason to go in the trunk.
