As someone who until working with Butler Toyota rarely utilized dealerships for regular maintenance, I am very impressed and will continue to utilize Butler for my car's maintenance in the future.

Dustin,the service advisor, is outstanding. I feel like he has my best interest in mind and explains things very well. Shorn, the shuttle driver, is so personable. I truly enjoyed my rides to and from work with her, while my care was being serviced. I think I could have ridden with her for hours. I enjoyed my experience today having my car serviced. Yes, it may be a little bit of a wait for your oil change etc., but they inform you when you arrive what your expected wait time may be for your appointment. Everyone is incredibly nice at the dealership and the facilities are clean and comfortable. JD is an outstanding salesman and I highly recommend him to any potential toyota buyers. He recognizes me anytime I am at the dealership for my vehicle's service appointments and always makes it a point to speak. He took care of me after the paperwork was signed on my new toyota RAV 4, when we had a minor issue with the car, just as well as he did when he was making the sale.
